After changing logging rules and  enabling  traffic shaper i came 
across  this message on the monitor which is plugged  into my  pc 
running monowall.

Enter A Number: ipfw2  INITIAZED, DIVERT  DISABLED , RULE BASED 
FOWARDING ENABLED, DEFAULT TO ACCEPT,  LOGGING DISABLED
DUMMYNET INITIALIZED (011031)
FIREWALL UNLOADED

I crap myself at my ignorance , what does this message mean?
