Is this for one of the betas?  I'm using 1.1 and I don't have that field
in the web admin interface.  Or maybe I went blind/retarded today.  It
happens.

Use the "Redirection URL" input-field in m0n0wall's Services --> Captive

portal settings page. Quoting the help-text displayed for that field:

"If you provide a URL here, clients will be redirected to that URL 
instead of the one they initially tried to access after they've 
authenticated."
