Assuming you mean port 15000 coming in on your public IP needs to be
opened to the private IP's.  Not possible to open it to multiple hosts
with m0n0wall or any other firewall.  You'd have to have multiple
public IP's to open it to multiple hosts.

Best you can do with one public IP is open 15000 via inbound NAT to
one of the hosts.
