Logout Window does not come while using Captive Portal

Sir

m0n0wall works great at our end.
Captive Portal also works good.

But, we are not able to have the LOGOUT page(or window) .
We have even Enabed (tickmark) the Radius Accounting in the Captive
Portal Menu.

Any help on this will be remembered.
