You need to add a firewall allow rule to the WAN interface such as:
  TCP  *  *  123.123.123.123  	443 (HTTPS)  	 any -> RemoveAdminSSL

Assuming you are running your admin interface off SSL (443), else you 
want to open to :80 (but this is a bad idea to do over the internet from 
an external source).
