Registering DHCP leases in the forwarder

m0n0 is assigning a static IP via DHCP to one of my W2K PCs.  How do I
get this PC to register its hostname with the DNS forwarder (like my
other W2K PCs, which are receiving dynamic IPs via m0n0's DHCP
server)?
