Yeah i tried that in the first place with no luck at all . It still took 
5-10 secs for a page to load with those rules inplace. I know im working 
with peanuts (on such a small connection) but there must be a way to cut 
bandwidth down to 1k on 1 client when another  is turned on to do the 
surfing
