Short answer - no.  

Long answer, probably.  But, no offense, If you have to ask the
question, the answer is you can't figure it out.  You'd have to patch
your kernel sources, build your kernel with the appropropriate
options, install the appropriate packages, build and patch the stuff
from source that's not stock, change your init to load configuration
from config.xml, and some other fun stuff.
