Restrict PPTP to certain IPs. Anyone working on a mod?

Anyone working on restricting PPTP to an IP address? I'm wanting to use
the PPTP feature but don't want the port open to but a few IP addresses.
   That way port 1723 doesn't respond to port probes when kiddies are out
looking for 'secure' portals?
