allowing only one client

I have 4 ip's  from 2 separate isp

 

I want to use ssh between them both but.I want to be the only one to be
allowed to connect..i see something when I make a rule and it says from
source any..?

 

If I change that to a certain host and put in my ip would that only allow me
the only one to be able to connect?
