m0n0wall only supports a single DHCP pool per interface, but this
wouldn't achieve the desired end result anyway. You'd have to assign
reserved IP's to everything, and each of the 3 groups within a sub
CIDR mask of the DHCP scope, one CIDR subnet per "pool".
