Thank you very much for your efforts. However this list is (of course)
huge and it's also quite of a hassle to integrate this into the
m0n0wall XML-config (however this could be done via a script).

I'd rather like m0n0wall to process wildcards, instead of specifying
(examples):

ad.clix.pt
ad.digitallook.com
ad.whatever.com

it would be nice to just say "ad.*" "adserv*", "*/realmedia/*" etc.

Maybe something like this is already in the works?
