I have modified the firewall rules pages in m0n0wall to add some features
that I wanted:

* sequence (to order the rules within an interface group)
* type (block or pass)
* disabled (to disable a rule without removing it)
* log (to log a rule)

The log flag is perhaps not so useful, since blocking rules appear
to log anyway; but it can be useful for debugging pass rules.

My questions:
1. Are you interested in these changes?
2. If so, how should I submit them?
3. I have just started using m0n0 and these changes; how much/how long
   should I test them before submitting them?
