Access Servers on LAN via their Public IP

I have tried several different firewall configurations, but I'm sure
whats the norm for this.
 
I want to access my servers on the LAN by their Outside IP.   The one
that I have setup 1:1 with.
 
So instead of going to 192.168.0.2 I could use its public IP.
