i have a 4096Kbps/256Kbps asym. broadband internet connection and want
to build a traffic shaper for my internet connection.
My network:
WAN 4MBit down / 256KBit up
LAN 100MBit
WLAN 11MBit

- I use VoIP and want to save the bandwidth for this
- I use a VPN-Connection and want to save at least 1MBit for that, if
this is needed
- the rest should fairly shared between LAN and WAN

I don't have an idea how to make this, does anyone has a hint for me?
