I think this has been answered several time in the list. The short
answer is no. There a few IPSEC clients that are free for
non-commercial use, but I cannot think specific packages. A quick
search of the archive list may find some... So in the words of Jimminy
Cricket "Let your conscious be your guide..."

I've experienced the same problems.  I have been on all broad band
connections and gotten random disconnects using XP also.  I upgraded
to
Service Pack 2 and still the same thing.

Does anyone know of a free Ipsec client for windows?

I have four or five users complaining of random PPTP disconnects when
connecting from XP to the m0n0wall's built in VPN server.  The
login-logout logs confirm it, but I wouldn't mind more information,
like
if the server or client dropped the connection.  How can I dig up
more?
