External IP Routing

How can I get a public IP to route to my internal network if I can not
change the outside router?  The outside router is routing a C class to me
but the M0n0wall is only on one IP I want to be able to set websites and
servers on other Internal IPs behind the M0n0wall so they can have public
IPs also.
