Is there something wrong with proxy arp in 1.11? I can't seem to get is to work right.
I'm guessing the latter ( ;) )
my current settings are
type: Network
65.70.175.248 / 29
ps -ax shows...

  105 d0- I 0:00.03 /usr/local/sbin/choparp sis1 auto 65.70.175.248/29

which looks right

i have access to 249-253 254 is the other end at the isp.

249 is the wan interface which pings fine.
250-253 don't ping unless i alias them to sis1.
at that point everything works fine.

also what is so bad with alias ips?

One last thing. I am so blown away with m0n0wall. I've been using FreeBSD at work
and home since about 4.2/4.3 and i really like the front end that has been created.
I've replaced my firewall at the casa with m0n0wall on a 4801 + Hifn 7955.
I can't say enough on how impressed i am with this combo, please keep up the
good work!
