As the previous poster suggested, you can block that site
specifically, but there are plenty of other sites that do the same
thing.
You can't possibly do this with any firewall. Your outbound traffic
has to be sourced from your valid public IP or you can't use the
internet. There will always be ways for your users to determine what
your public IP is.
