Hi All,

Windows ME should bring shudders to everyone on this list who has had
the misfortune of actually sitting in front of it. It is affectionaly
known as "Mangled Edition", "Mongrel Edition" or "Motherfscker Edition"
(as that's what it makes you scream out every 15 minutes when it
crashes).

Windows ME was the worst thing Microsoft has released in a long, long,
long time. Its worse than Microsoft Bob was. And that's saying
something. It was released to a schedule, and as has been pointed out,
this is something that the software industry should NEVER be constrained
by. Sure, it is nice to have beta releases every 3 weeks, RC releases 6
months after the Beta starts, and Gold 2 months after the first RC, but
that's totally unreasonable to expect in this industry - one that's
changing as quickly as the software industry is can only release when
its ready.

Especially where m0n0wall is a volunteer, unpaid project.

It'll be out when its out. :)
