I believe he's comparing to a WRAP board, so those things are all
fixed in that comparison.

It is nothing more than a standard Intel PC.  In fact you can throw a
Cisco flash card (they're ISA) into an Intel 440BX motherboard, throw
in some Intel NIC's, and have your own (illegal) cheap PIX.  Google
PIX clone if you want details.
