Avoiding captive portal for authorized (IPSec/PPTP) clients?

Hi, is it there a way for allowing PPTP- or IPSec-authorized 
connections (on a local interface, not WAN) to m0n0wall without making 
those users jump through the hoop of the captive portal and only 
intercept unauthorized users?
