Ok, I have done some more testing, here is what I have found.

I am running a PCI PCMCIA converter card.  When monowall boots, it show 
that is it init the PC Card, but when I goto to assign the network 
ports, it doesn't fine wi0.  Any ideas?

Primary 1.1.2   Station 1.8.0

Do I need to downgrade?
