Yes.  If it's a NT 4 domain, and/or Win 95/98/ME/NT client machine,
you'll need to use the LAN WINS servers.  If it's a 2000 or 2003
Active Directory domain with 2000/XP/2003 client machine, you'll need
to use the DNS servers for the domain.  The ugly alternative would be
hosts or lmhosts.

Same way you do on the LAN, other than browsing won't work.  Map
drives, or Start, Run, \\machine-name or \\ip.address.
