No VPN doesn't go up. The error is "timeout on phase 2". And UDP packets to 
port 500  are dropped and logged on Firewall log file.
The strange thing is that m0n0 does allow incoming UDP pachets that should 
confirm the authentication of the VPN. Following the "real" rules table 
(coming from status.php) some authomatic rules deny all incoming traffic and 
those rules come first my rules in the interface.
