Your problem is probably caused by a version mismatch.  I have had a similar 
problem between 1.1 and 1.2b1.  ISTR that Manuel made some changes to the 
IPsec stuff to improve stability that debued in 1.2b1.

What are you trying to achieve with 128/1 ??
