What you've shaped is the traffic on the control port (i.e. the terminal session/ftp commands). The
data traffic is sourced to a random port on the client from the servers port 20.  I think what you
have to apply the rule to is the servers port 20 (source port for PASV FTP). This might help

what do i wrong
i setup pipe 160kbits
i added rule : WAN <--> TCP,  source*  port 21 (FTP), destination *, pipe 160kbits
and when i connect to some ftp (passive mode) i stil can download without limit.
whats wrong? i putted check mark enable taffic shaper and save button.
Do i haveto reboot monowall to work or i miss somthing?
