LAN Port Redirection / WAN exit IP address

I have 5 IP's and Proxy ARP is setup corectly.
I can use ALL the IP's for inbound NAT rules.

my ISP allows 5 NNTP connections per IP..

I want to enter port 11119 (11 + 119=11119) in the newsreader,
and add a rule that changes port 11119 on the LAN side to
port 119 WAN but using the 2nd IP outbound on M0N0Wall.

How do I do this?

how do I make all of Machine #2's outbound traffic exit M0N0Wall
useing other than the Primary IP?
