need help 2 connect those 2 networks

If i disable advanced NAT packets from LAN2 are reaching LAN1, but not
working in other dirrection.
If advanced NAT is enabled I "see" LAN2 from LAN1 but LAN2 does not
see anyything. I'm sure the answer is in front of my eyes but I cant
find what is it.
