Is there any possibility of teaming or load balancing multiple fast ethernet
interfaces in m0n0?  The switch i'm working with has no gigabit capability, but
i'd like to bump our LAN segment over 100Mbps.  (I'd be using VLANs, which could
complicate the issue)
