How to redirect traffic to an Ip address?

Hi all
I have 2 interfaces -LAN and OPT1
LAN-10.1.1.3/24
OPT1 -10.1.4.3/24

I have a DNS/Proxy  in OPT 1 subnet : 10.1.4.2 
Some client on Lan subnet has defined DNS/proxy as 10.1.1.2
(it is old proxy address)
I need proxy has only 1 interface in one Subnet (OPT1): 10.1.4.2!


I need m0n0wall to "simulate" (alias?) 10.1.1.2 address on LAN interface and 
forward all traffic to host with address to: 10.1.4.2


I can use proxy arp to replay on arp request for 10.1.1.2, but how to redirect 
traffic to 10.1.4.2 ???
