What is your main conection (WAN side) ?
If wifi, check the quility of signal. This is happend when are some packet 
"loos" and AP is trying to correct them. (depends on AP)

Ok...this is a problem I have been having in both 1.2b2 and 1.2b3 and
it's driving me nuts...

For no apparent reason, a connection to a website can freeze and it
takes up to a minute before I can browse that or any other site. Pinging
the websites works just fine, but connecting to it via a webbrowser does
not work
