this is known probleem, there is a patch for it
for 5.0 before march this year

This has something to do with interrupt routing and polling mode

We had the the some probleem a year ago with wl200 cards from compaq 

possible solutions: 
- work on a patch for 4.9
- take other hardware:
	- belkin ( act as realpci, but difficult to get)
	-ricoh 5c475 / ti pci1410 both of them don't always work on 	older
motherboards.
