Is there any way to specify FQDN as IPSEC endpoint?

I have a VPN endpoint that sits on the other side of a home DSL 
connection.  Is there a way to specify this endpoint using it's FQDN, as 
opposed to it's IP, which can change?

I am using IPSEC with m0n0wall.
