DNS forwarder not working with prefix www..

Hi guys, any idea how to use DNS forwarder with prefix www?  
example: test.cc is working, 
www.test.cc is not workig.

DNS list is defined with www and also without www.

Any ide?


PS: today i moved back to 1.11 from b3 because m0n0 stop working, without reason after 2 months...
