1.2b3 and dhcrelay problem?

I'm running m0n0 1.2b3 on a soekris 4801.  I have dhcrelay enabled for
one of the interfaces.  After a reboot of the m0n0wall, dhcrelay doesn't
seem to launch itself on boot... has anyone else seen this?
 
I took a look through the archives and didn't see anything...
