There was three options for delivery - all using US Postal Service
(thus the only US delivery).

The cheapest was something called Media Service (or something like
that) at $2.42US. The most expensive was Priority Mail at $4.85US. At
least based on my ZIP code...

All of this is moot, the item has been removed from Ebay...
