There's another one at http://logmein.com who also offer a free tool to 
detect and disable remote access software.

As to whether the tool works .......?

Logmein.com is easy for end users to setup in comparison to 
vnc/tightvnc/remote desktop and free, so may be popular amongst the 
great unwashed, if you find how to block them it would be useful!
