Braden,

I checked really quick, and dhcrelay does start when enabling it on my
m0n0 running 1.2b3.  What are your logs saying?  Does dhcrelay run after
clicking "save" but not on reboot?  I'd test that, but I don't want to
ruin my uptime ;-)
