I've create VPN test 
site pc1->mono (public ip) ------------<>------------------mono(public 
ip)--->pc2

and VPN and PPTP works fine. 
When i create VPN i real internet i had connection problems. I think is 
ISP  problem.

How can i check it ?
What should i look ?

The same problem i had i PPTP 

Please give me some advise
