 Subject:  Senao wireless card problem
 Date:  Wed, 26 Nov 2003 18:43:03 -0500
Hello all, I just downloaded a copy of m0n0wall for use on my Soekris
4521 as a wireless access point. I've got the image loaded
successfully, but when I click on wireless under the interfaces section,
it tells me that no supported cards were found. I read through the list
archive a bit and found someone with the exact same problem back in
July. I'm using a Senao NL-2511CD PLUS EXT2 PCMCIA card.
Unfortunately, I did not see a follow up to his question, so I'll paste
it here and hope it fares better this time around!

I just installed the latest version of m0n0wall onto a
compact flash card and installed it into a
Soekris net4521.
Everthing seems okay, however the wireless card does not
work. I am using a Prism 2.5 card (Senao), is this supported?

When I select wireless from the configuration menu I get --
"No supported wireless interfaces were found for status display"

I have the card inserted and I checked the system log and found
the following --
