Apparently not.  So to rectify this, here's:

Surprisingly simple once I worked out why my NFS wasn't working properly.

article.sgml in the same directory is the DocBook source.

I've been running with this for all of 10 minutes, so there may be snags
that I haven't bumped in to yet.
