Enable Dial-On-Demand mode and T-Online (Germany) doesn't work stable on several releases (Generic PC)

Hello, 

encountering that the Enable-On-Demand mode doens't work stable with my
m0n0wall 1.2b3, tested with 1.2b5 and since 2 hours with 1.2b6. But it looks
like that it doesn't work pretty well. 

My HW m0n0wall is an recycled AMD 150 Mhz with 3 Nic's, Modem is a Teledat
331. 

Work's well with my SMC 7004 ABRv.2. 

I've checked the list, but no hints about that issue?
