My atheros abg card is detected with no problem but currently I'm lacking an external antenna to
actually try it out. Will give more details later

    Can't wait.  One thing I'm particullarly interested in knowing is if
    the card "just works", or if you have to mess with firmware overlays
    and driver wrappers or any of those kind of dirty hacks.
