Don't know if this is helpful or not, but if the GUI is configured to
"Forward all PPTP to alternate IP address X," it works fine from the
WAN, even with the above traffic shaper rules enabled.  It seems to only
happen when trying to use the built-in PPTP server, not just forwarding
to a different one.
