The way to do this is to create 2 pipes for 192.168.0.11 => one for 2048
(upload pipe) and the other for 512 kps (download pipe).
Then go to the Trafic shaper > Rules section and make 2 rules. First
rule that applies where 192.168.0.11 is the source and so is the upload
pipe; the other where 192.168.0.11 is the destination and so is the
download pipe.
You do the same for the other IP.
You don't have to use queues in this instance, but if one IP is not
using the bandwidth then that bandwidth is wasted.
