getting m0n0 on a flash card

Is it possible to get m0n0wall on a compact flash card by pushing the 
image on it with an imbedded PC card reader. Red Hat thinks that the 
card reader is a USB device and mounts it as such.

So far, I have not been able to write the image. I do not get any 
errors, but nothing gets written.
