Hi everybody, I just discovered in 1.2b6 that the half-second "feature" is also present on the DHCP server. Both times (default and maximum lease) are in fact divided by two. A value of e.g. 3600 seconds is in fact not one hour but half an hour (1800 seconds). One can see that clearly when remote logging to a linux-machine, whose dhcp-client indicates the renewal intervals in syslog. Kind regards Frederick |
