Subject:  Half second "feature" is also in DHCP server
 Date:  Sat, 19 Mar 2005 02:21:32 +0100
Hi everybody,

I just discovered in 1.2b6 that the half-second "feature" is also
present on the DHCP server. Both times (default and maximum lease) are
in fact divided by two. A value of e.g. 3600 seconds is in fact not
one hour but half an hour (1800 seconds). One can see that clearly
when remote logging to a linux-machine, whose dhcp-client indicates
the renewal intervals in syslog.

Kind regards Frederick
