take a look at the docs there are a lot of descriptions
and how to's, how you're able to setup such nice things ..

Why don't you use one of those countless external tools for things like that?

M0n0wall, as part of a firewall concept, has an exactly defined operational
area: It has to protect the inner network(s). Nothing less, but definetly
nothing more. 

Things like traffic graphs, traffic accounting, you name it, are really
nice, but keep them away from security related devices.
