We have three remote users using ASUS WL500G! Since 1.2b6 they can connect
without problem but after upgrade to 1.2b7 the PPTP had happen. Any
suggestions?

Fix the router on the remote end.  Many routers/firewalls/NAT boxes will
break PPTP no matter what server you use.
